How often is inventory updated?

Inventory is updated weekly with new medical and dental items. All inventory featured on our website is available for purchase.

How we get our products?

We do not buy used dental equipment or used medical products from healthcare professionals! We do not refurbish any used dental equipment from dentists at all. All our products are regulatory compliant that come directly from manufacturers and internal sources. You may pay a little more than purchasing off eBay or Facebook Marketplace, but our products are acquired and inspected professionally.

What are the differences between Overstocked, Demo Model, and Reconditioned equipment?

Overstocked - Up to 30% Off - Brand-new products that are in the manufacturer’s original sealed package. Never opened.
Demo Model - Up to 50% Off - Open–box products with no clinical use. The item may be repackaged or in the original box.
Reconditioned - Up To 80% Off - Restored to the manufacturer’s specifications in excellent condition. The item may be repackaged or in the original box.

What does clearance mean?

A clearance item means we have a lot of inventory of a product, or it could be that we do not expect to get the product back in inventory at all. All clearance sales are final but still have the indicated warranty.

How do I order a Panoramic X-ray or Sterilizer?

With large items like X-ray machines and sterilizers, we work with your Henry Schein Field Representative and our Equipment Service Team to ensure the unit you need is ordered, shipped, and installed. Fill out the contact form on the product page, and we will contact you!

Can I charge Outlet Center equipment purchases to my Henry Schein merchandise account?

Yes, all Outlet Center purchases can be billed to your Henry Schein account.

Can I order these items through my Henry Schein Field Sales Consultant (FSC)?

Yes, your FSC can take orders for the Outlet Center.

Does the price include installation?

No. Installation for equipment can be arranged through Henry Schein In-Office Equipment Service.

How will my equipment be delivered?

All items (excluding some sterilizers and large equipment) will be shipped via UPS. You may choose UPS Ground or Second Day Service when placing your order. See Shipping Rates at https://hsioutlet.com/shipping-rates/ for more details.

How soon will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 business hours. Orders submitted on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped according to the method selected - UPS Ground (5 - 7 Days), UPS 2nd Day, and Freight (we will call to schedule).

How do I get a product repaired that is under warranty?

All Outlet Center warranties are backed by Henry Schein ProRepair. Contact us at 1-800-367-3674 for UPS label.

Why am I being charged sale tax?

Starting October 1, 2021 the Henry Schein Outlet Center is required to charge sales tax in the following states - GA, IN, MI, NJ, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA.
